TEAM BUILDING FOR GOOD LEADERSHIP

Pagadian City –Hon.Lance Co  the SK Federated applies a suitable scheme in facilitating the youth in the augmentation of varied sports to discover youth aptitude to stir up   sports participation and  behind competition is applied to make it significants to the achiever youth partakers.

LANCE systematizes different sports based on the partaker lifestyles grown up in barangays like basketball, chess board playing and the band singing to discover singers and other youth’s talents involving individual differences.

The SK Federated levels up the activities until they set off a chess tournament last December 19 2011 held at the 2nd floor of the CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER (C3)corresponded with the different SK chairman in  the  54- participating  barangay  of Pagadian City .

The dynamic realistic leader Lance Co acquaints the purpose of the activity ‘’This event is worth because this is the beginning when individuals can partake to different sports to link on a certain to test   the- so- called talents of self- discovery of skills through their passion and subsequent for development’’.
